Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business and the unique, often one-of-a-kind vintage and secondhand items we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take great care to inspect, describe, and photograph each item as accurately as possible. Any noticeable wear, flaws, or imperfections are disclosed in the product description or shown in photos.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution if:
    •    You received the incorrect item, or
    •    Your item arrived significantly damaged in transit

If either of the above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you.
